After a hopelessly sold-out tour of the US last year and a brilliant show at Coachella 2022, Givēon – the latest star in the R&B firmament – is on his way to Europe to present us with his debut ‘Give or Take’. His tour kicks off on 2 May in Manchester, with stops in Paris, Berlin, Stockholm and … Brussels!

Awarded multiple platinums and nominated for the Grammy Awards: Givēon is the new darling of crowds and critics alike. His voice and stirring soul ballads have made him the new star of modern R&B. He can thank Drake for his breakthrough, through the collaboration on “Chicago Freestyle”, but in the meantime the young Californian has made his own name. In 2020, he released the single “Like I Want You” that went platinum in record time. “Heartbreak Anniversary” followed shortly after and became a mega-hit on TikTok. Soon he had collected 1.7 billion streams, the awards and nominations piled up, and he even topped the Hot 100 charts with “Peaches”, in the good company of Justin Bieber and Daniel Caesar. Last June, Givēon released debut ‘Give or Take’, on which the singer-songwriter treats us to fifteen tracks that really know how to strike a chord. Its success has been overwhelming: the album reached number 11 on the Billboard 200, third place on the R&B/Hip Hop chart, and was included among the best albums of 2022 by Rolling Stone and the New York Times.
