Storyteller DracoBoy brings the struggles, the dreams, and the hope that have shaped him to life in his music. An eclectic artist, he draws on his experiences in Cameroon and Belgium to combine rap, dreamy electronic sounds and psychedelic rock. This led to having created his own unique style, one that he calls SYNTRAP and DracoCore.
Inspired by the early works of Kanye West, Stromae, and Pink Floyd, DracoBoy handles deep themes such as social inequality, depression and addictions in his lyrics. His music reflects an irrepressible drive to pursue his passion and turn his personal struggles into moments of connection and resilience, where hope, vulnerability and strength converge.
Surrounded by talented artists like Chomz, Maesca and LordParadize, DracoBoy creates a bold and progressive sound. After already having appeared on AB’s programme during Out Loud at Beursschouwburg in June 2024, he returns a year later for a special event: the release party for his project DracoCore.
