BIG in BXL festival is back!

JES Brussels, together with an ambitious group of young Brussels artists, will set the Beursschouwburg and Ancienne Belgique aflame on November 6.

After two residencies, in the AB in April and in Beursschouwburg in August, now it’s time to blow you away with an evening full of music, rap, dance, theatre, DJs, poetry and visual art.

This year we worked even more intensely with the young artists to organise BIG in BXL. During the residencies, the artists worked on new material to present to you on November 6. All residents also had the option of inviting a fellow artist to show us their best at BIG in BXL festival. The result is a multidisciplinary festival where about forty young Brussels residents present their work or performance.

The young artists are involved in all aspects of the festival. Together with those working at JES Brussels, Beursschouwburg and AB, they not only shape the program but also take care of the communication, technical aspects, and production. The result is an evening brimming with Brussels talent, both in the spotlight as wells as behind the scenes.
