Why is recycling so important?

Whether or not there’s noise coming from our stage, we get the message loud and clear: the planet is in trouble. We’re gradually exhausting our supplies of metals and minerals, so where are we going to get our raw materials? 

The answer to this crisis has probably been gathering dust in your stuffed drawer. Smartphones are more than 90% recyclable and contain a range of valuable metals and minerals such as platinum, gold, silver, palladium, and copper. Recupel is an expert at dismantling old devices and recycling valuable materials from them.
