Do you want to start DJing? But not sure where to start or what equipment is best to use? Do you need a little push? Then this 2-day workshop is for you.

Expect an introduction to rekordbox and CDJs, an initiation to mixing (beatmatching and other techniques) and, of course, practice.

Together with Rrita Jashari, we provide nice surroundings to gain more confidence in yourself and behind the turntable. vRrita Jashari has a great love for anything with a heavy baseline and unexpected beats. Staying still on her sets is a challenge. With an extra touch of 'female energy'in her mixes, they sound like pure fun. She is part of both 54KOLAKTIV and 54 Sound, can be heard bimonthly on Kiosk Radio, and is a programmer at beursschouwburg.

Level: beginner (no prior knowledge required)
Equipment needed: headphones, about 10 songs, laptop, the latest version of rekordbox installed (this software is free) and a usb is also always welcome.
