The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day was #BreakTheBias: breaking through bias, stereotyping and discrimination in order to collectively build a gender-equal and inclusive world.  

To celebrate this day, a large group of women who work in the music industry got together at AB. Collectively, we discussed our needs and difficulties as women working in the music industry. We also worked on a comprehensive platform that will help us to make the music industry a safer and more inclusive place.

The day was incredibly informative and we have already set a date for our next meeting on 8.03.2023. Thank you to everyone who attended. Are you also a woman in the music industry?
