The visitors of AB and other concert venues are now more than ever being targeted by scammers and phishermen. Although our crowd is already very internet savvy, these scammers are very creative and persistent.
Three things to watch out for:
- AB livestreams on Youtube and Facebook are always free and you don’t need to register. Don’t ever give personal information if you are asked to do so for an AB livestream.
- Scammers are copying our Facebook events. They often look exactly the same except for one detail: the organizer. This has to be the AB or a partner of AB. Not sure who that is? Go to our site to find your concert and the official Facebook link.
- Lots of fake tickets are circulating via social media. Don’t be fooled and always buy your tickets from us directly or from Ticketswap. AB does work with external partners here and there for fan pre-sales. These will always be shared via the artists official channels. Any doubts or suspicions? Just contact us.
So you got scammed after all huh? Send us an email, we’ll see what we can do for you.
If you come across any other form of phishing or scamming involving AB, please let us know by emailing us on info@abconcerts.be so we can protect our visitors. We need your help.
