Even more Canadians on these ABClubCircuit dates in Brussels. Aside from Wolf Parade (ABClub 5.12.08) we also warmly welcome the emo-pop of Wintersleep. Last year this fivesome released their third album ‘Welcome To The Night Sky’, an ‘autumn album’ as it where, but then one with an edge: Swervedriver-like guitar-pop presented in an unmistakable Broken Social Scene style.

cafeneon has its roots in the Brussels underground and mixes stylish indie-pop, chanson française, dub and electronica in an adventurous set. With their music that shifts between New Order, Daniel Darc and Mad Professor, they were just recently support-act to The Faint in the Botanique. Christian Vogel (who once worked together with Jamie Lidell in Super_Collider) provided the daring production for the untitled debut that was recorded in Barcelona.
