In 1986 Evan Dando forms a school band with two school friends from Boston: The Lemonheads are born. With their typical alternative guitar sound, they are one of the references of the American music scene of the 90s. It's A Shame About Ray' was released in 1992 and marked their definitive breakthrough on the European continent. The album is considered a concentrated explosion of pure pop perfection. Thanks to songs like "Confetti", "My Drug Buddy", "Rudderless", and "Ceiling Fan In My Spoon", The Lemonheads appeal to an ever-growing audience.
