Promising Belgian dream-poppers launch debut album
Three years ago, Portland made it into the final of Humo’s Rock Rally and last year they were crowned winner of Studio Brussels ‘De Nieuwe Lichting’. Their dreamy, melancholy tracks are doused in stunning polyphonous voice parts. They took over the Belgian music landscape in no time, with the singles ‘Pouring Rain’ and ‘Lucky Clover’. In the meantime, the band has been programmed for festivals like Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop and The Great Escape.
Their long-awaited debut is to be released late this year, an album to look forward to!
