Indie pop with forays into folk, hip-hop and electronica
Seven years ago, Belgium welcomed Pale Grey's magnificent album 'Waves' with open arms. Now the quartet are back with a new album, 'It Feels like I Always Knew You'. With this new album, the band takes the listener on a seemingly mundane journey through everyday life. Along the way, the band meet 12 characters whose biographies unfold before the listener's eyes and ears. These 12 life stories, somewhere between fiction, projection and reality, reflect the tendency to imagine the life paths of the people we meet based on the small details we capture. This new album was recorded, produced and mixed with Ash Workman, known for his work with Metronomy and Christine and The Queens. Having toured Europe and garnered some 3 million streams with their previous album, Pale Grey are now looking to the future (and AB Club) with new tracks and a new album.
