The fifth and most recent longplayer by this American rap talent, ‘Brick Body Kids Still Daydream’, digs around in the memories of his youth. The rapper grew up in the Robert Taylor Homes, an enormous social housing complex in Chicago. He brings the now demolished buildings back to life in his lyrics & beats and reveals himself to be a ‘ghetto superhero’. The acclaimed album was placed among The 20 Best Hip Hop Albums of 2017 by Pitchfork.
