The very first jazz album was released 100 years ago: The Original Dixieland Jass Band with ‘Livery Stable Blues’. That’s why AB will be paying extra attention to jazz for a year. From contemporary classics to musical troublemakers who are inspired by jazz, to the latest incredibly headstrong jazz generation from local soil.

WHAT?
Nordmann feels its way around genre borders and creates a characteristic, progressive sound in which they are continuously in search of new possibilities. They combine the energy and zeal of a rock band with the conscientiousness and improvisational art of jazz. In 2014 the four headed home from Humo’s Rock Rally final with the silver medal. A year later they released their debut album Alarm!.
