Her wonderful voice and disarming lockdown-covers made Naima Joris the virtual BelPop sensation of this past year. The ideal stepping-stone to her debut EP, on which she sings her way through the loss of her sister. The singles ‘Bellybutton’ and ‘Soon’ go right to the bone.

Together with Niels Van Heertum (euphonium and trumpet), bassist Lara Rosseel, Vitja Pauwels on guitar and Tijl Piryns on drums, she gives us music that reflects the musings of her soul.
