Welcome in the wonderful world of South African rapper Jack Parow. ‘Cooler As Ekke’ is big hit here now too; he managed to win the hearts of visitors to Pukkelpop at an exceptional hour; and his untitled debut was released this summer on the succulent Dutch hip-hop label Top Notch (De Jeugd Van Tegenwoordig, Opgezwolle, The Opposites). It also happened to be someone from The Opposites who tipped Kees De Koning (Top Notch label boss) off to Jack. The rest is history.
