After twenty successful years, Hooverphonic put out ninth longplayer ‘In Wonderland’ in March ’16: an enjoyable collection of singles borne by an entire series of impressive voices! First single ‘Badaboum’ generated sparks in radioland right away and, just a month after release, figureheads Alex Callier & Raymond Geerts had already pocketed a ‘Golden Album’ for the album & the single.

Following a jam-packed concert in AB (6 April ’16) – after which De Standaard capitalized “Het nieuwe Hooverphonic debuteert sterk in de AB” – and ditto spring tour, the band will dive back into theatres all over the country in ’17. Both old and new hits will pass in revue, with a ten-member string ensemble and the intriguing guest vocals of Pieter Peirsman, Kimberly Dhondt & Nina Sampermans as musical backbone.
