Pop-punk heroes create a nostalgic party with old and new material

Pop-punkers Good Charlotte, with striking twin brothers Joel and Benji Madden, have been a part of the scene for quite at while. Back when they had their breakthrough in 2003 with the hits 'Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous´ and ´I Just Wanna Live´, nobody imagined that they would still be on the planks with the same energy and enthusiasm 15 years later. The Maddens are regulars at AB, it’s already the fourth time that we welcome them. This time they come to present their (now seventh) longplayer ‘GenerationRx’.

Benji and Joel thought they’d invented a new guitar chord in high school. When they enthusiastically informed their music teacher, he answered: ‘That’s a C chord, it’s been around since Beethoven’.
