Sensitive soul presents new record, full of hope!
There is a new Douglas Firs album to follow 'Heart of a Mother', the poignant grief album about Gertjan's late mother. The release of 'Happy Pt. 2' is scheduled for 30 August and is about looking for and finding happiness again after such an intense period of grief, about how it works again after a while, but will never be the same. There is hope again in the songs, there is still the loss, but also energy. It's bubbling again, but everything is different. Just like Douglas Firs' band, which will be extended with several guests especially for AB. Already an unforgettable evening.
Meanwhile, 'Lazy Heart', the first single from this new album, conquers many hearts. In the coming months, Gertjan Van Hellemont will unload a few more gems from his new album.
