Global sounds, inspired electro, Zenit & Nadir
Dengue Dengue Dengue has been doing its thoroughly stimulating, multimedia 'digital cumbia' thing since 2012. For the album 'Zenit & Nadir' they dug down even deeper into their rich Afro-Peruvian, often slavery related traditions, with ingá, landó, festejo and crioulo rhythms, and instruments like the cajita or quijada, a rattle based on a monkey’s jawbone.
Apart from 'nu cumbia' Dengue Dengue Dengue has been pulling out the party stops with other white-hot genres like kuduro and zouk. So look no further for the ultimate exhilarating party, in the name of Son de los Diablos!
