Crystal Fighters have been harassing our radio waves for a while now, with the fantastic single ‘Swallow’: equal portions mestizo and dubstep. You guessed it: yet another band you can't pigeonhole and that's a good thing too. The wildest stories are going around about their origins but it's like this: established in Navarro in Spain, the band traded Spain for London's indie dance scene and experimented madly with Basque instruments, synthesizers and their vocal harmonies. Crystal Fighters drove everyone to an ecstatic high, live at the Eurosonic festival. After 2 singles on the Kitsuné label, there was their debut ‘Star Of Love’ out around the end of the year and in March we expect the new single ‘At Home’.

Belgian duo Hermanos Inglesos (or brothers Cedric and Didier Engels) are mainly active in their home-studio or behind the turntables but they've now also come up with an audio-visually impressive live-concept. A first full album ‘The Wander Of You’ was released not so very long ago (via PIAS) and on it we could find the likes of singles ‘Mastermind’, ‘Take Me Down’ and ‘Wanderland’ (with the voice of Lara ‘Intergalactic Lovers’ Chedraoui in the leading role): singles that could count on international support from the likes of Erol Alkan, Tiga and Fake Blood. What's more, the Hermanos also provide prime remix work for the likes of Yeasayer (‘Madder Red’) and also Crystal Fighters (‘At Home’) who, in turn, invited them to kick off this concert.
