Helena Mayorga Paredes is part Chilean, part Belgian. When she was three years old it was already written in the stars that she would grow up to be a guitarist. She was the first woman to ever graduate from KASK Conservatorium Ghent majoring in Jazz, Music Production and Pop.
Helena took her first steps on a stage with Aarde aan Daan, Noémie Wolfs, Pavlov and Manngold, but she soon decided to become her own woman.
Together with three of her fellow Masters of Music she founded Mayorga and the rest is history. This fall you’ll get to discover her debut EP at AB.
