Chris Cornell, that's the voice of Soundgarden, the band that was there at the birth of grunge. Cornell is also the voice of Temple of The Dog, an occasional project involving members of Pearl Jam. Chris Cornell is singer to Audioslave too = Rage Against The Machine minus singer Zach de la Rocha. But this year probably his strangest collaboration to date was released, that with – hold tight – top hip-hop and R&B producer Timbaland. So of course the album ‘Scream’ directs itself to the dance floor and that would seem to be a breath of fresh air for Cornell, who heads in that new direction in style. No need for panic however: live, Cornell presents an overview of his career and so on Wednesday 3 June in the AB he will appeal to both fans of the first, as well as the last, hour.
