APHEX TWIN: 'SYRO' - LISTENING OPPORTUNITY

Suddenly a Zeppelin bearing the famous Aphex Twin logo flew over London. In New York they tripped over that same logo at the foot of New York's legendary Radio City Music Hall. Via the deep web, there were detailed leaks about the promo campaign for the brand-new album by one of the most influential electronica artists of the past twenty-five years.

Yep: rightly so! An actual 13 years after the release of his previous album ‘Drukqs’ (that already dates from ’01) ‘Syro’ (pronounced: Sigh-Ro) will see the light of day, worldwide, on September 22.

STOP! We can't wait that long and that's why AB, in close collaboration with Warp Records, is organising an exclusive ‘Listening Opportunity’ at which the entire press corps (who have not heard the album either)) will also be present. That way all the AFX- aficionados can already enjoy a foretaste.

Until then, you can best dive into ‘Selected Ambient Works’, ‘Drukqs' or the release by his alter*-egos AFX*, Bradley Strider or Caustic Window. Patience has never been such a virtue as it is now.
