Life of Agony, le groupe de métal alternatif américain emmené par le chanteur Keith Caputo et le guitariste Joey Z., a récemment donné une série de concerts où il réinterprétait l'intégralité de son premier album, ‘River Runs Red’, sorti en 1993. L'idée leur a tellement plu qu'ils ont décidé de poursuivre l'aventure avec une tournée européenne. Le line-up est bien évidemment complété par le bassiste Alan Robert et le batteur de Type-O Negative, Sal Abruscato. La tournée fera halte à l’AB le samedi 3 avril 2010.

On Saturday April 3rd 2010 I Scream Records will be recording & filming Life Of Agony's performance at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, Belgium, the second show of their exclusive European "20 Years Strong" tour. In late 2009 the band performed their debut album "River Runs Red" in its entirety during a few exclusive, sold out, US shows and now, after popular demand, they're also heading over to Europe to perform a set built around this amazing, legendary album.
The release of this "20 Years Strong" live album, which will also include a free bonus DVD of the complete show at the Ancienne Belgique, exclusive footage and much more, is set for early this Summer.

AqME (avec un q minuscule) est en ce moment la référence en matière de métal français. Basé à Paris, le groupe est actif depuis 1999. Après avoir livré l’EP ‘University Of Nowhere’, ils sortirent en 2002 un premier album intitulé ‘Sombres Efforts’ produit par le Suédois Daniel Bergstrand (Meshuggah, In Flames). Lui succédèrent ‘Polaroids & Pornographie’ et ‘La Fin Des Temps’, suivis par un CD/DVD live qui fut pour partie enregistré lors de leur concert à l'AB en 2006. Le groupe retrouva ensuite Bergstrand pour l'enregistrement de ‘Heresie’ (2008) et du tout nouveau ‘En l’Honneur de Jupiter’. Sur ces deux derniers albums, le son du groupe s'est enrichi d'éléments typiques du rock classique (pensez à Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Black Sabbath et QOTSA). Ils ont même écrit un duo avec Indochine qu’ils ont régulièrement joué en live.

C'est aux Anglais de Panic Cell qu'il reviendra d'ouvrir la soirée. Ce groupe métal a déjà eu l'occasion de tourner avec des groupes comme Mudvayne et Disturbed et sortira un nouvel album en avril.
