The gap between the rich and the poor is growing all over the world. In Belgium too, enjoying culture is becoming an unaffordable luxury for many. AB is collecting money to offer those less privileged a Solidarity Ticket, so that they, too, can enjoy seeing their favourite artist live on stage AB.

What are solidarity tickets?
Solidarity tickets are free or discounted tickets we can gift to less privileged people, all thanks to you. You select the concerts you want to sponsor solidarity tickets for and put in a request with us.
The tickets are financed by ‘Friends of AB’, a fund for which we organise two fundraisers yearly.
How do I request solidarity tickets?
To request solidarity tickets, you can fill out the form on the bottom of this page. If approved, we aim to send you the requested tickets and drink tokens digitally within three working days.
In the PDF of the tickets, you will also find a discount code for public transport, specifically MIVB/STIB and NMBS. You can find out more about this here.
You can also email your request directly to solidairticket@abconcerts.be. Don’t forget to include the following information: organisation, number of tickets and date/which concert. Feel free to add in additional questions.
If you would like a tour beforehand to get a feel for the venue, please let us know in your email or the form. We’ll find a moment that works for us both.
How many solidarity tickets can I request?
Every organisation can join us for a concert four times a year, with a group of around 15 people. We also provide a free drink token per person. We are open to additional requests.
For which concerts can I request solidarity tickets?
In theory, you can request solidarity tickets for every concert at AB. When a show sells out, particularly one by an external party renting our venue, it can be tricky to get extra tickets, but we always try to make it work. On our website, you can find out if a show is being organised by AB or by another party renting our venue (e.g. Livenation).
What are the other discounted rates at AB?
AB offers a range of discounted rates, such as Uitpas, Paspartoe, Article 27, and a student discount. We also work together with Vrijuit. Find out more about this here.
