There are bands that do the full trajectory in AB. That means starting in AB Salon, then growing into the Club, after which they go on to blow away the Flex or Main Hall. That is exactly what happened with Daniel Norgren and Strand Of Oaks.

After so many concerts in AB, the bond with the programmers also gets tighter and the internal fanbase grows. Often these bands also get a great spot in the line-up of the summer festivals.

But, in this case, there is more. We’ e noticed that both Norgren and Strand Of Oaks are all about true blues-rock. The two singers have long wavy hair without curls and are ‘super-enjoyable’ to get along with (according to programmer Marc De Cock).
