The 50th AB Canapé is in honor of Tom Hautekiet who suddenly passed away at the age of 50, last week. Whoever does not know Tom, undoubtedly knows his artwork because if there’s one person who left his colorful mark on the music bizz in all its forms, it was him. In addition to graphic designer par excellence, Tom was also a percussionist / frontman of the mambo band El Tattoo del Tigre for many years. After 3 albums and numerous concerts, El tattoo del Tigre celebrated their farewell in a festive AB in January 2009.  Rest in peace Tom Hautekiet.
