In August 2011 it was exactly 30 years ago since American rock band The Replacements released their debut ‘Sorry Ma, Forgot To Take Out The Trash’. A point of reference in musical history that AB has seized in the 2011-2012 season to present a number of concerts, film screenings, exhibitions and readings under the titled ‘Minneapolis, Mon Amour’.
On Thursday 9 February it's the turn of the young rebels from HOWLER. They're much appreciated by HUMO (**** for their debut ‘America Give Up’) and the single was Fresh on Pure FM.

The final evening of Minneapolis, Mon Amour is in the hands of DARK DARK DARK. The fivesome from Minneapolis gave a magnificent concert with their acoustic instrumentation, in the intimate setting of the Musée during Les Nuits 2011. They mostly played work from their second album ‘Wild Go’ (also available with the extra E.P. ‘Bright Bright Bright’); a widely varied collection of songs whereby the voice of Nona Marie Invie becomes one with the first-class dreamy folk-pop.
