The Electronic Body Music pioneers celebrate their 40th anniversary in AB during a Front 242 two-dayer on July 8 & 9. As the inventors of EBM, they are one of the most influential acts in our Belpop history. Patrick Codenys and Rik De Bruycker talk about musical revolutions, the appeal of the synth, integrity, smoke bombs and the future of Front 242. After all, history repeats itself. So too the dark sounds and heavy beats of the '80s. 

During the lockdown, Chibi Ichigo evolved from hip-hop to fierce electro. Producer, frontman of The Subs, and DJ One Track Brain Jeroen De Pessemier is partly responsible for the change in that sound. In Guestlist they chat about a bad first impression, raw energy, and protest music from Russia.
