From 23 to 27 August, AB’s free summer festivals Feeërieën and Boterhammen in de Stad take over the impressive Gare Maritime on the Tour & Taxis site. Find all the practical information you need for a carefree festival visit here.
Addresse Gare Maritime: Rue Picard 3 - 1000 Bruxelles
- Safety first
Together we can keep our festivals fun and safe. At the entrance, we will ask for your ID and CovidSafeBE Ticket. Download the app and get your ticket in advance. You can get it if you’ve been fully vaccinated for at least two weeks, have a recovery certificate of less than six months or have had a PCR test with a negative result (day of test plus two days). You can also get an antigen test (€10) on site at the testing center if you wish, but capacity is limited.
The capacity of the festival site is limited to 1000 visitors this year, so make sure you get here in time to secure your spot. You are welcome in groups of up to 8 people, as long as you don’t forget your mask!
Find a comprehensive list of the rules on site here.
- Food & drink
This year, you’re not allowed to bring your own drink to the site, but don’t worry: the AB bar is open and there are food trucks serving delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Find more information on ordering and paying here.
- Accessibility
The entrance of the festival is located at Rue Picard 3, 1000 Brussels.
Gare Maritime is really easy to get to using public transport. The Ribaucourt (Line 2 & 6), IJzer (Line 2 & 6) and Pannenhuis (Line 6) metro stops are a 10-minute walk away. The Brussel-Noord station is less than half an hour’s walk. There are four buses departing from Brussel-Noord that stop near the site: lines 20 and 14 go to the Havenlaan stop, lines 88 and 57 go to the Tour & Taxis stop. There is also a free shuttle service between Brussel-Noord and Tour & Taxis. Nice!
The site has a number of bicycle storage facilities, and there’s a Villo! Point close to the entrance. The electric bike-sharing platform Billy is offering 30 free minutes to new users signing up via their app. Find out how to activate that ride here.
There is a ramp at the entrance to Gare Maritime to allow wheelchair users to access the site. There are also 5 parking spaces for those who have a disabled badge. These spaces must be booked in advance using this form. We are also providing a zone in front of the stage for visitors with disabilities.

We look forward to celebrating the end of the summer holiday with you!
