Are you keen to learn Dutch in a playful way? Do you feel like getting to know new people? Are you curious about the Flemish culture? Then De Gelukkig Zijn Sessies are just the thing for you! Once a month, you learn the language while singing, in a group. It's great fun and above all, it's free! 

In recent years, dozens of non-native speakers have learned the Dutch language a bit better during De Gelukkig Zijn Sessies. This year, we’re going 'on tour' for the first time: you can find us every month in a different community centre in Brussels.  

We make sure there’s a cheery pianist and singer to accompany the group and provide a drink to lubricate the vocal cords. Together, you’ll sing well-known and more obscure Dutch songs. That way, you not only learn the language, but you also discover a bit more about the Flemish culture.  

Don't worry: you don't have to be a good singer to participate. Enthusiasm is the only thing you need. By the way, De Gelukkig Zijn Sessies are completely free! Take a look at the schedule and register here. 

On 7 June, we'll celebrate with a big party in the AB Club. So there's plenty of time to practice!
