On Tuesday 29 May, Chad VanGaalen will play in the AB Club. He initially appears to be your average man from Calgary… until you hear his dark, psychedelic music. His now 6 album repertoire is familiar with an exceptional fantasy, which is wonderfully visualised in the accompanying videos.

Lesser known is that Chad is also a more than talented graphic artist. He provides the videos for his own tracks but also for names like Holy Fuck, J Mascis and Timber Timbre. He also creates cartoons, paintings and drawings. Like his music, his graphic work is psychedelically laden and testifies to a great artistic freedom and unbridled fantasy.
