The eccentric Antwerp quartet Borokov Borokov create a thumping blend of genres. How about punk, global pop, hardcore, lounge music and power ballads infused with a hefty jolt of energy? Listen to ‘Dansende Mensen’ and ‘De Doordeweekse Man’ (ft Mathieu Terryn from Bazart). These Antwerp scamps are clearly partial to unusual combinations.
Absurdist, experimental and danceable electronic music with Flemish vocals, performed live with a whole heap of electronics. This show builds from slow, treacly electronica via acid-flashbacks into hi-tempo synth pop. A totally enjoyable mindfuck, guaranteed to make you dance.
