Together with Het Facilitair Bedrijf and the Fonds Culturele Infrastructuur, we have used the summer months to spruce up the tribune in the Main Hall. But not too much. Out of respect for the architecture of arch. Werner De Bondt, we had exact copies made of the familiar red seats at the back of the balcony on the first floor.
These seats are used for about 200 concertdays per year and have been since 1996. So after supporting more than 1 million magnificent behinds, and surviving 23 wonderful rock ‘n roll years of spilt drinks, dancing feet and the occasional vomiting music-lover… it was time to start the concert year fresh and fruity. We thought it was really important to maintain the characteristic red colour, the beautiful woodwork and the same character and Fibrocit has succeeded in meeting those expectations.
So feel free to sit your fabulous bottom down in our red seats for one of the many upcoming concerts. Our new seats can easily be reached by taking the stairs from the hall to the first floor. You can also access the tribune via the double doors next to the foyer (front left in the hall) and via the stairs at the back of the entrance hall.
