Frédéric “Fio” Fiorine was the founder of Active Brussels, our permanent team of stagehands, and one of the most loyal and dedicated external employees that AB has ever known. For 25 years, he was always available at the most impossible times of day and made his services available to this establishment with a humility that was typical of him.

The current edition of the Boterhammen is the first he wasn't able to work along on.

Fio passed away yesterday from a lingering illness.

We shall miss Fio very much and wish his family and all the employees of Active Brussels and AB much strength at this difficult time.
