This is how we make your BRDCST experience even better
AB ā¤ you
AB condemns any form of physical or verbal violence, harassment or disrespectful behaviour. We do not tolerate racism, sexual harassment, annoying behaviour, aggression, discrimination or homophobic violence.
Take care of each other as well as yourself. Do you see something that doesnāt comply with our house rules? Do you have a problem or does someone else feel uncomfortable? Our stewards, security people, volunteers and staff are on hand to help you.
You can also email us at info@abconcerts.be. We take your complaint seriously and will handle it as quickly as possible.
Chill Out Zone
Need a quiet moment? Every festival day, from midnight onward, you can relax and unwind in the Chill Out Zone. You will find it in the Agora, the large space behind the entrance gates. The music plays softly there and visuals are kept to a minimum. Ideal for escaping when it gets too crowded for you in the Main Hall or Club.
Lockers
Want to store your belongings safely? You can do that in our lockers. The cost to use them is ā¬1. No cash? No problem: in the locker area of the Main Hall you will find a vending machine where you can withdraw ā¬1 with your bank card.
There are small and large lockers, these are the dimensions:
80 cm H x 20 cm B x 50 cm D
165 cm H x 12 cm B x 50 cm D
Under the Main Hall are 814 large lockers available. The number of lockers near the Club is limited. They are also smaller. So donāt bring too much stuff with you or arrive well in time so that you can use a large locker in the Main Hall.
Do you have something with you that doesnāt fit in a locker? Mention it to our stewards upon arrival. They can store your things safely.
Earplugs
We sell reusable earplugs in our vending machines for ā¬4 per pair. You need two ā¬āÆ2 coins for this.

Can I get hold of earplugs in AB?
AB is a publicly accessible venue that makes use of amplified sound. During a concert you are standing in a loud environment and are at risk of a temporary or permanent hearing impairment. For an optimal experience, AB does the following:
- Constantly monitor sound levels.
- For a small fee, durable earplugs are available in the vending machines. (2 coins of ā¬2)
- Provides a ācalm spaceā in the Agora that you can go to during concerts in the Main Hall.
What if I become unwell during a concert?
All our stewards have First Aid training and can help with fainting, blood noses, or more serious issues in our First Aid room.
You can ask for free tap water at the bar
Is there somewhere in AB I can go to breastfeed, inject insulin, or for any other medical reason?
If you need a private space to breastfeed, inject insulin or for any other medical reason, you can always make use of our First Aid room. Ask one of our stewards for access.
