Zornik returns to theatres with a new album.

In 2011, Zornik celebrated their 10th anniversary with verve and a smashing show in a sold out Ancienne Belgique. Zornik has been assuring smoking and explosive concerts on Flanders' biggest stages for 10 years now (think: Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop, Lokerse Feesten). They've dominated the charts for years now too and are equal record-holder of the number of N°1 notings in De Afrekening on Studio Brussel.

When you think of Zornik then you don't immediately think of the cosy environs of a theatre. Nonetheless, the band has already proven to feel entirely at home in this setting, in 2006. There wasn't a free seat for the ‘All Strings Attached’ tour and the reviews were impressive.

In 2012 Zornik is making an exception and returning to the the cosiness of those theatres once more. And if Zornik does something then they do it well. This time too, the guys dived into the studio and they present a new album especially for this tour: ‘Less > More’ (release: September 2012). On this album the band shows, yet again, what they can do musically and songwriter Koen Buyse lets you look deep into his soul in his lyrics.
