Yseult is one of the key figures in the new generation of French rappers. Together with the likes of Laylow, PLK and Dinos, she is part of a new wave of hip-hop artists who dare to colour outside the lines and take a look over genre borders. She creates her own universe by fusing trap and pop.
First single ‘Rien à prouver’ brings a strong personal message of self-assurance and independence in a society that is constantly seeking approval. Last year the French singer appeared in AB as opening act for Angèle.
