Theodore Wild Ride was born from the collaboration between Ondes Martenot player Christine Ott(ex. Yann Tiersen band...), pianist Mathieu Gabry(Snowdrops) and oud player Ophir Levy. The trio celebrates musical freedom and defines a singular musical space-time with a unique orchestration. Their first album released on Icarus Records(BOW Quintet), in collaboration with Consouling Sounds(Jozef Van Wissem), unfolds like a film could have been shot in the vast American expanses, or in another dream universe, from ancestral eras to an irradiated world. A journey that the listener experiences accompanied by this unusual chamber music, sometimes nostalgic, sometimes twilight, and questioning our place in the face of natural forces, the wild world, and the savagery of ourselves.
