Sweet Southern California soul
Thee Sacred Souls have been speeding through the music landscape in recent years with their mix of sixties soul and seventies R&B, with a fantastic passage at Pukkelpop last summer. And they are ready for more, as their second album ‘Got A Story To Tell’ will be released on 4 October, with which they will tour Europe in 2025, stopping in our capital city.
Thee Sacred Souls landed in 2022 with a self-titled debut album featuring unstoppable tracks like ‘Can I Call You Rose?’ and ‘Easier Said Than Done’. Since then, the trio have toured North America and Europe, playing their sweet soul music at dozens of sold-out gigs, and in the process they've grown from young musicians to an experienced band as tight as a family. They now have millions of monthly listeners on Spotify and fans among their peers including SZA, Alicia Keys, Gary Clark Jr. and The Black Pumas. All the emotions and personal stories that the three musicians have experienced over these two intense years have been incorporated into the songs on their second album to create a powerful blend of truth and imagination. Got A Story To Tell' is filled with timeless grooves, classic vocal harmonies and heartfelt lyrics about love and loss. Having played the AB in 2022 and 2023, Thee Sacred Souls return to the iconic Brussels venue on 25 February to present their new album.
