With a new album in their suitcases, The Dead South will be touring the four corners of the planet this year. To the delight of their Belgian fans, the bluegrass quartet are adding a Belgian date to the Chains & Stakes World Tour.

The video for their single 'In Hell I'll Be In Good Company', released in 2016, was an instant hit, racking up views on YouTube and conquering rock stages the world over with their spectacular shows. On the double EP 'Easy Listening for Jerks, Parts I & II' (2022), The Dead South strike a perfect balance between their punk roots and their bluegrass sound. The band took on a new dimension and innovated while remaining true to their artistic convictions. The quartet became more adventurous and confident with each album, and their fourth, due out on 9 February, is no exception. Chains & Stakes' is a 13-track collection of The Dead South's trademark mix of darkness and lightness. After a spectacular opening concert on The Barn stage at Rock Werchter 2022 and sold-out shows at De Roma and OLT Rivierenhof, it's the Ancienne Belgique stage that The Dead South will be taking by storm this year.
