Barely ten CDs out since '87, but it's a very varied and impassioned oeuvre. From Mandinka and Troy via Nothing Compares To You, of course (already 'YouTubed' more than 80 million times), on to more recent prizewinners like 4th & Vine. Above all, Sinéad O'Connor is an excellent live-performer, as we were reminded after more recent visits to Bruges and Brussels. That she also puts forward distinct opinions or causes controversy only reinforces her charismatic appeal.
I'm Not Bossy, I'm The Boss is to be the new CD title, with the vehement Take Me To Church (and the AB!?) as first single in the meantime.
