The perfect lo-fi soundtrack to carefree, smitten teen years
A Liveurope concert:

The hipster-candy-of-the-month hails from Grayshott, somewhere in the countryside between London & Brighton. Lo-fi songwriting tempered with a whiff of jazz, indie-rock and soul, inspired by heartwarming puppy love. His second release ‘Apricot Princess’ (out since April ’17) is bursting with ideas and the only recently 19-year-old Alex O’Conner behind Rex Orange County integrates them all to form one brilliant whole. He can also be found as a guest on ‘Foreword’, the opening track on Tyler, The Creator’s genius album ‘Flower Boy’.
