At the Herreman household, they knew it right away. When little Seppe made his voice heard for the first time on May 13, 1999, in Ostend, his cry was impressive. A star was born!

By the age of seven, he had become a regular at the music academy, where he learned to use his voice as a wondrous instrument. Lady Gaga inspired him to master the piano as well. But for the young showman, that wasn’t enough. He enrolled in ballet and tap dance classes. Seppe wanted—and would—shine on stage!

Without his parents' knowledge, he signed up for Belgium’s Got Talent at the age of thirteen, where he wowed the judges with his renditions of Christina Aguilera’s hits. When it became clear that Ostend was too small for his talent, his vocal coach sent him to the Royal Conservatory of Ghent (KASK), where he honed his skills for five years in the Pop Vocal program. He chose pure pop as his path, inspired by Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, and Bruno Mars.
During his studies, he rebranded himself as Red Sebastian, a creator of infectious electro-pop with bold vocals. Not long after, his debut single "Embrace Me" was released, followed quickly by his first album "You." Over the years, his confidence grew, as did his personality. His outfits became bolder, his lyrics more layered, and his stage presence more daring.

On stage, this showman's talents come fully alive, and the energy of a live audience takes him to the next level.
