AB and RAT RECORDS – the label of versatile jazz-drummer Teun Verbruggen and Bruno Vansina – have been working together over the last concert season . So it was that RAT RECORDS have already presented three concert evenings in the AB, which have displayed jazz from all corners of the genre. Teun Verbruggen is certainly no unknown to the AB. Last year he still appeared on stage with the JEF NEVE TRIO and also with JOSÉ JAMES. In the past he's shared a stage with Mike Patton and John Zorn as part of Othin Spake – his improv project with the likes of Mauro – and he's also opened with Flat Earth Society for Fantômas. Already sure to appear at this furious edition of RAT RECORDS EVENT # 4: MoHa!.

Norwegian, Rune Grammofon and with exclamation marks. We already go head-over-heels at hearing that name. This Norwegian duo consists of Anders Hana (guitar, keyboard, drum machine) and Morton J. Olson (drums, supercollider 3). Their third album ‘One-Way Ticket To Candyland’ recently appeared on the impressive Rune Grammofon (as ever encased in fine artwork from the hand of inhouse designer Kim Hiorthøy), which according to English improv-noise magazine Rock-A-Rolla: "this manic, volcanic, blitz of free-jazz, punk and prog-rock will surely tickle anyone whoŽs already had their head spun around by the likes of Lightning Bolt, Ruins and Orthrelm."
