Priya Ragu is a Swiss singer with Sri Lankan roots who fuses traditional South Asian rhythms with uplifting, contemporary R&B and soul. She immediately set the tone with her first two singles Good Love 2.0 and Chicken Lemon Rice, both odes to life.

Through her music, she wants to celebrate spirituality and women’s empowerment. So she continues in the same vein on her long-awaited debut album damnshestamil. It’s an album that takes her unique ‘raguwavy’ sound – R&B, soulful vocals, dance beats and melodies from Tamil music – to the next level. She already appeared in our AB Club a few years ago, but she's back, and she's better!
