The bloodline between the London jazz scene and AB is one of the purest. We have already welcomed Shabaka Hutchings (Sons Of Kemet, The Comet Is Coming,...), Moses Boyd, KOKOROKO, Ezra Collective or Theon Cross (several times).
The jazz roots in Manchester are embodied on the quality label Gondwana Records with (various) AB releases by GoGo Penguin, Matthew Halsall and Portico Quartet, among others. With (brand) new release(s) under our belts, we welcome newcomer Vega Trails and, for the 4th (!) time, Portico Quartet.
