Luscious Canadian synth-pop pop!
Peter Peter is a Canadian artist with Montréal as homebase. He’s now on to his third CD (via Sony): 'Noir Eden' is to be the sultry successor to (that’s right) 'Peter Peter' and 'Une version améliorée de la tristesse.'
Elegant synth-pop is now his trademark, with an occasional duet with eg. Coeur De Pirate.
Or as we read in his bio: 'formidable vision en français de l' efficacité mélodique anglo-saxonne.'
Further character references? This is a young man who pretty much locked himself up in his house for this new CD and in the meantime admitted diverse influences like: Philip K. Dick, Caribou, Michel Berger, rock opera, Ariel Pink, Céline Dion, Charles Burns, Daniel Clowes, Benjamin Marra...
Dear oh dear, start googoogling already!
