Iconic British electronica-duo presents new album
One of British electronica's biggest names in the 90's returns to the fore. We're expecting a new album from Orbital in March 2012 and they'll be coming to present it in AB on Thursday April 12. Having had hits like ‘Chime’ (pretty much the rave-anthem), ‘The Box’ (from which the groundbreaking video featuring a then unknown Tilda Swinton provided them a breakthrough), ‘Satan’ and ‘Style’, the duo consisting of brother Phil and Paul Hartnoll then stopped in 2004. In 2009 though they announced a reunion but only ‘Orbital 20’ has been released since, a collector to mark their 20th anniversary. So 2012 should be the year in which a Orbital presents mankind with a completely new album.
