Ricketty rocking Finnish gals

We fell in love with Olimpia Splendid in early 2013. How could we not: three Finnish girls (Kuupuu, Heta en Katri) who, unhindered by a lack of technical knowledge, make mad Post-Velvet Underground rattle-rock. The Shaggs are not so far away either, if that drum computer weren’t playing along. By the way, “Nuttu Nurin” means “jacket inside-out” and Olimpia Splendid is a brand of air-conditioners. In the meantime, they’ve thrown their first s/t LP (fonal) out into the world with more punk, even more destructive solos and far out jams.
